At GOO GOO Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition. For hygiene reasons, hair extensions must be returned with the security seal intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused hair extensions in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective nets are attached, and include your order invoice inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the extensions, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
